Returns & Refunds policy
At Yacross, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the product you received, you can request a return by following these steps:
Return Period
You have up to 10 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with the original packaging, no additional damage, and all accessories included.
Return Process
Send us an email to support@yacross.com with the reason for the return.
We will send you a prepaid return label so you can return the product at no additional cost.
Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will proceed with the refund.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
The money will be reflected in your account within 5 to 10 business days from the day we receive the returned products.
If the product shows previously unreported damage, we may apply a restocking fee.
Exceptions
Returns are not accepted on products damaged by misuse or handling by the customer.
We do not accept returns on customized products unless they are defective.
